I think all of these fit the criteria for this thread

John,John,John!!!

I meant 1960's! Can't get your little green box to work, but the middle truck is a 52 something, Ford I think and those directional lights on the fenders hel identify that year. The car to the right, is and I'm assuming an International Harvestor, late 50's, early 60's and probably the same for the one on the lest. late 50's or early 60's!

Can't nail them down, since the green box isn't working on your site, but works on mine,

I'm assuming race cars are welcome if they fit into the years specified...

Gunter,

Nice Cobra and I can determine what year your Renault is, those squarish directionals are probably an add on by the owner, couldn't find anything like that, but certainly a 1960's car.

Peter,

Could cars get any bigger than that Bonneville!!!??? And you probably know that the McLaren M8D was the car that Bruce McLaren died in,while testing in 1970,

Rich the Bonnie was definitely a "land yacht". I was a crushed youngster when 2 of my favorite drivers Jim Clark and Bruce McLaren were killed just 2 years apart.

B+R,

Nice tight shot of a very good emblem!

Brian,

Good shot,let's see more!

Peter,

They were some of the best drivers, ever! And it was a different world then too. More about cars and less about the "business" like today!

John Crothers,

Here's what's in your field, from left to right, 1965 Ford, 1953 Ford and the white one on the end is a 1973 International Pickup or Travelall, can't tell from just the front,

This old truck (both shots same vehicle) is located about 3 miles from me, and I pass it every time I go to town and return home: Not sure what year it is. My brand though, Ford. :)

So only one didn't fit the criteria?

The International is an SUV so I am assuming the Travelall.

I didn't even know International made an SUV. I think they would ALL be really cool fixed up and the International would be something you don't see too much but I imagine parts would be hard to find!

John,

Yes 2/3 rds of your posted images were ok! That Travelall was the International asnwer to the Chevy/GMC Suburban.

Greg,

What I can see of the grille, has me stumped.Need to see a few more shots,if you have any. Possibly was a model up from the F350, but can't find that grille anywhere,

Rich,

I'll have to do some digging through the files and see if I can find some with more of the grill.

This was originally a San Francisco Chronicle Newspaper delivery truck. Note the "altered" lettering by its last owners. "I did not inhale". I swear!

Too funny. Frankly, at first I thought the paint was coincidentally chipped on just that side of the truck before I finally realized all the "Chronicle" words had been, uh, edited wherever they appeared.
