Control Merchandise Offering

I am fairly new to Fine Art America and have a question that I am hoping someone can answer. Is it possible to restrict what merchandise and/or sizes an artist can offer for sale? When I first joined in April the duvet covers were not available to me because my photographs were not large enough and some of the print sizes were also unavailable. I seems that now everything is available for each image regardless of size. I have some images that I would like to offer only in the smaller print sizes, greeting cards, pillows and cellphone covers.

Is there a way to do this? Please help!

Just don't put prices in where you don't want the item to sell.

Floyd - thank you! I wasn't sure if that would remove it from being offered or just set my commission to $0....

As long as you leave it blank and don't put $0 it won't be offered for sale.

blank out the price and you won't sell the size. you have to sell canvas, acrylic, poster, metal stock. its all one price for the rest. you can choose the rest. keep in mind that it will confuse buyers if you have some as pillows, some as cards etc. they may want to match up posters and such, and without that, they may leave thinking they can't get anything in poster form.

$0 - means you will get no money from that sale. always leave it blank if you don't want it for sale.
