I'm not sure if this is the right place to post my regards, but please refresh your pages when you go to the 'last' comment's profile and pick a work you'd like to promote. I posted a promotion for a user before me, and someone else followed me promoting that same person, skipping mine. I didn't mind it, because there was a minute difference and I knew she'd been looking through the user's work trying to find something to promote. I proceeded with refreshing the page and doing a new one to another 'last' comment's user. Now, after three minutes, that same user that first did this, came back and did the same thing. She proceeded with promoting the earlier comment poster's work.
I'm not hurt about the views or promotion she's pushed away all within the same hour. I am, however, hurt that a group such as this gets treated this way. One of the reasons I participate in these types of discussions is because of how fun they are to do, and they keep us a little cheered while we promote our work elsewhere and try to sell. When you come to this group, it's your rest-stop to relax and get your brain back together.
Please, everyone, if you like to participate, check the user's work, pick what you like, and then go back to this topic's page and REFRESH THE PAGE before you post anything after you take your time picking a work you like. One, quick mistake is fine. But a second, rather longer mistake, will follow a third. There goes the point.
