New Members: This is your first round of C&V, it's very important you complete it all to guarantee your artwork be considered in the next round, if you missed, skipped links, or didn't complete this round you'll be disqualified for the next round.
1.Click every link below and leave your comments and votes, you MUST complete them all! (Don't forget to vote!!! and don't skip any!!!)
2.If you can't see your image link below that means you didn't complete the previous round of C&V.
3.For members who didn't participate in previous round(s) and skip it for any reason, they have the chance to be back again, if they complete C&V for all the links below, then their artwork will be definitely considered in the next round, guaranteed!
4.If you already left comment & voted for any of the links below, please do you best and visit that artist gallery and chose another art and leaver your C&V instead.
5.After completing all the links below please post a note in the discussion board here, under topic "Comments & Votes Round 23", this is very important step for me to know that you're done, and helps me cut back lots of time by following each member to see if he/she completed the round or not.Because most of the times I rely on your statement of completion, chances are if you completed the round and didn't leave a note, I might miss that and your artwork might not be considered in the next round, and I don't want to have issues.
6.To ensure everyone gets fair treatment and receive C&V without missing a link, please report to me by e-mail if you see any member who posts a note of completing the round but didn't visit your link, I really encourage you to do this, it's your right to get promoted in proper manner and reduce my time of following the members to check their status.
**For members who have completed round 22 but didn't submit artwork for any reason, I picked an image from their gallery.
WARNING! MUST READ THIS!
**If you see a broken link please be advised that's happened after a member submitted the image but changed the title or corrected spelling, and the link became nonfunctional. so be careful NOT to change anything after submitting the link, if the link is dead I WILL NOT FIX IT, it's so much headache and time consuming, you are responoisible for your act, that's been said!!
Now here are the links for this round, starting from the first member joined to the last.
I divided the links into 6 groups to be easy to follow.

The 53 comments and 48 votes left a total of 5 short...We have to all slow done and do things properly and recheck our work, even I went back and found my first rounds were not perfect..so please everyone lets do what our math teacher use to say check, and recheck..it is worth it. Thank you.
Went through again and "revoted" on all. TWO (2) of them accepted my votes. At first I thought my computer or FAA must have messed up, but by the time I got to the end of the list, I had to recheck my checks as I was so tired I couldn't remember if I voted on the last one. I think rechecking only takes a small amount of time, and I probably will "revote" on every round until I start coming up with all correct for a few rounds!
Hope that makes up your deficient!
I recommented on the items accepting my vote, so they at least will know I had made a mistake the first round.
The only thing I have a question on in this round, and in any others, is if two links aren't available and we did all the others, and time is about up, technically we did finish, as it is not our fault that two were not available at the time we were voting or commenting, and we do have many other responsibilities with other groups, including our own. How do we know if someone fixed their link or not, or why it didn't come up when we were voting or faving?
It is hard to find time to keep checking back on a couple who did not get theirs recognized due to a glitch somewhere along the line. Just asking, not complaining!
Time is of the essence when running a group, and belonging to other groups, and all having their expectations, and just wondering how the rest of you deal with this, and if you do go BACK in, when time is about to expire, and recheck and vote or comment on one's missing earlier.
As, if you do it that way, I will too, but like I said, time is not always on our side, and while I respect the rules, they are hard to follow, sometimes, when things just aren't the way they are supposed to be, at the time, they are supposed to be there.
i went through round 23 again and checked all my votes and comments days ago......now I hit Sherry's link and it shows I didnt vote or comment............I would have sworn also on a stack of bibles I didnt miss any and it doesnt show a comment from me either....so I wonder if there was a problem with his link, as some have suggested as they had problems, and I did another........
It's 6:54 PM NY time - so 3:54 pm in California - got in just under the wire!
I didn't have a photo in here and had done some - including the last 9 - last week. Of those I did today, assuming I may be the last one to finish, I was vote #53-59 on a few of them and noted those when that was the case. I was also vote 99 on one and vote 101 on Randy Rosenberger's so congrats on surpassing 100 votes Randy!
There were three photos/paintings with broken links.
Glad to have the extra time so I could finish up - some wonderful work and a lot of new people whose work I haven't seen before.
