Loser!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Posted by: Terrance Prysiazniuk on 10/02/2012 - 5:35 PM

What kind of loser votes for them self's in contest's. I'm sorry but I hate people like that. It's let the best art piece win. You have the vote for your self then your art probably sucks. And maybe you should do something else with your life.

I think you should cast a vote for yourself, and you're a "loser" if you don't. After all, you are giving your work a vote of confidence by entering it in a contest in the first place. If you can't even vote for your own work, then why do you think it's good enough to put into competition? I think most entrants vote for themselves to get on the leader-board, and that is actually a good idea. Then, they go vote for others, too. That's the way it should be. You are being too harsh.

If I have time to click through the contest....I always vote for myself! Most times I don't bother voting at all. It takes way to long to scroll through hundreds of images. I wish you could view thumbnails and vote on the ones that grab your eye. The contests here aren't really a measure of the best piece, but more a measure of your popularity, anyway.

You hate me.

I take that as a compliment, considering the apparent source.

I agree with Patricia...

Once you get a grip on what's happening in the voting process around here, you might have a better idea Terrance. Besides, I am as important a vote as the next guy.

When there are 300 pieces to look at... and how many actually get to all 300 to process... the winner isn't necessarily the best. Might just be the best at solicitation. Anyone who takes the casual contests on here seriously is in for a cold bucket of reality.

why in the world would i not want to vote for myself? i'm one of those that votes for myself i don't have the time to look at other entries. but it's only 1 vote. if i win it's because they like the image. when a contest is set up to - send 5, vote on 5, no one else will get votes.

do you think my work sucks? don't you think i should vote on it? when you run to be a president - do you vote for the other guy? no, i doubt you do.

What is worse - voting for yourself or begging others to vote for you? I would have no problem voting for myself - at least I would get 1 vote. Lol
