In 1996 I read Julia Cameron's 'The Artist's Way' and became inspired that MAYBE I could paint.   In 1997 I took an oil painting class in Beaumont, California with A.   Goodman.   I joined the San Gorgonio Pass Artist's Association and Hemet Valley Art Association and won many awards in juried shows with my landscape and seascape paintings.   I am a member of the National Museum of Women in the Arts.   In 2006 my husband and I moved to New Mexico and I joined the Rio Grande Art Association and New Mexico Art League.   I took a plein air painting...more
