My Money Manager, Accountant, Financial Adviser and Banker all told me the same thing.
You cannot set up summer rates for your Loop Road Outpost. The rates need to be the
same all year. So here are the corrected rates.

Loop Road Outpost Camping Rates.
50 Amp RV with max of two people $70.00 per night
30 Amp RV with max of two people $50.00 per night.
Tent camping no electric $20.00 per person per night.
Each additional person for RV's or tents $20.00 per night.
Camping only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
You must make reservations in advance....
