Today I got mostly caught up on everything and was back to the daily routine at work. My neck has been hurting again and now my arm just hurts at night. I’m still waiting to get the time to finally go the doctor I have been dreading and get some more definitive answers to what needs to ultimately be done.

So tonight our President, Barack Obama will be giving a state-of-the-union-type speech. I think we all know the state so this speech is to make everyone feel better or explain his agenda. I hate all the analysis and rhetoric prior. What points he needs to get across and how he needs to portray hope and optimism, instill confidence and be inspiring, etc… It is like he is still campaigning. We get it, so now what?

The stock market did improve a bit today amidst the whole doom and gloom image of where we are as a nation.

We’ll have to see if I get inspired after this speech, then I’m heading to bed!
