Today we woke up a bit earlier than we have been and I painted this in the morning again. Gina is off today and we were going to go to Ocean City. However, since there is so many other things going on and we will hopefully be heading to London soon, we decided it would be best to stay home this weekend. Artscape is going on in Baltimore this weekend so we are heading there today. The band Cake is playing later tonight, it should be fun. I actually went to the first Artscape in Baltimore when I was about my daughter’s age and saw Ray Charles, I will never forget it; he really was unbelievable and left an amazing impression on me.

Today in the news, Authorities investigating the twin hotel bombings in Jakarta have found the remains of another person and believe a notorious Malaysian-born militant fugitive may be behind the assault. The Friday bombings of the JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton hotels killed at least nine people and wounded more than 50 others; the crew of seven aboard the space shuttle Endeavor met with six other residents at the International Space Station; Gerald Walpin, the inspector general for the Corporation for National and Community Service until President Obama removed him, argues in a lawsuit that the firing broke a 2008 law governing how watchdogs can be dismissed.

Should be another fun day today!

199 down 166 to go.
