Well my flight from Seattle was a bit late leaving so I spent about 7 hours in the airport and arrived back home around 8:30am, just in time to shower and head to work. Surprisingly I am not as exhausted as I feel I should be, actually I’m quite awake. My daughter called me and let me know she really had a great time, as did I. I talked to my wife about how she had always wished she could have taken a father/daughter trip with her dad and how she was so glad we had the opportunity to take this trip. Now it’s back to reality. Work was busy, need to sort out the Boston thing ASAP and pack and move in less than 14 days.
In the news today, stocks hit their highest levels in nearly 9 months with better-than-expected profits and forecasts and a report that suggested the labor market is starting to stabilize; a new Taliban military "code of conduct" calls for restrictions on suicide attacks aimed at avoiding the killing of civilians, but U.S. and Afghan military officials dismissed the document as propaganda; in Utah say a 7-year-old boy led officers on a car chase in an effort to avoid going to church, he was too young to prosecute and no citations were issued, police urged the father to make sure his car keys were not accessible to his children.
211 down 154 to go.
