I wrote another pretty cool song tonight, or at least most of it. I think with everything going on and my starting to do some music again I was inspired! The working title is I Don’t Do That Anymore.

Today in the news, legendary side-kick for talk show host Johnny Carson and MC/spokesman for various commercials and TV programs, Ed McMahon, died today at age 86 in Los Angeles; an F-16 crashed in Utah's West Desert and was destroyed on impact, apparently there is still a search for the pilot; The mysterious whereabouts of Gov. Mark Sanford were finally discovered yesterday as it turned out he was hiking along the Appalachian Trail; North Korea is warning the world to stay out of part of its eastern waters for 16 days, starting Thursday, saying it will hold a military drill. That’s comforting.

Stuart Sutcliffe, an original member of The Beatles was born on this day in 1940, he died tragically from a brain hemorrhage in 1962, before the Beatles realized their ultimate success.

174 down 191 to go.
