New Television Opportunity for American Artists

Interested in getting some high-profile exposure through a television episode about yourself as an artist? Read on.

Colour In Your Life (CIYL) is a television show based in Australia that presents and promotes visual artists. It was originally developed in 2010 by internationally renowned Australian artist Graeme Stevenson. His vision was to create a television series that would bring art of all kinds, along with the art community, to the general public in an informative, interesting and relaxed manner.

Each half-hour segment features Graeme interviewing an artist in their studio, where they demonstrate their skills and share their inspiration and portfolio. The CIYL YouTube channel includes more than 120 episodes, which you can see here.

Colour In Your Life has become very popular in Australia as well as other countries during its first nine seasons of airtime, and has been picked up by more than 75 community channels in the United States as well. They are now poised to make the leap right into the American market, and are searching for artists interested in this type of exposure.

Graeme calls an episode of CIYL a “digital business card” for an artist in a format that showcases their work to a global audience. It is a permanent source of advertising for the artist, leads to more website visits to the artist’s site, and enhances their ability to promote workshops or other teaching that they provide.

That's great! Wonderful opportunity for all. I'd love to be on the show.

I hope this includes Canadian artists. Google Douglas W Warawa for Hot Canadian Art. Thank-you
