Loose Rock Photography

Post your best photos of rocks, following these rules:

1. Photography only. No digital alterations, digital painting, selective color, false backgrounds, added graphics or text allowed.

2. 'Loose Rocks' means they are moveable. Larger boulders are fine, as long as they are moveable. Think of it like this - if you couldn't move it with a bulldozer, it's too big.

3. No rock formations allowed. If it is affixed to or protruding from the ground it does not belong in this contest.

4. Rocks must be either the main focus of the image, or a key element of the overall landscape. Photographs must be of a natural environment. See the contest logo for an example.

5. As always, there is ABSOLUTLELY NO VOTER SOLICITATION ALLOWED in any Go Take a Hike Photography Group contest. If I become aware of it, your images will be removed without hesitation. Please allow your photos to speak for themselves!

I reserve the right to remove any image that does not meet the contest parameters.

Each participant may submit 3 images.

1)   You must be a member of FineArtAmerica.com in order to cast votes in this contest.   Your account must have been active at least 30 days prior to the start of the contest in order to vote.

2)   You may only vote once per image.

3)   You may vote for as many images as you like... but only once for any given image.
