Children in Ottawa County in Grades 2 - 5 will be invited to author and Illustrate their own Children's Book. Nationally and Internationally recognized Children's Book illustrator, Jodie McCallum will be providing guidance at the Ida Rupp Public Library in Port Clinton on June 18th from 10:00am to noon. All supplies to produce your child's book are provided by the Greater Port Clinton Area Arts Council.
Mrs. McCallum has Illustrated over 60 children's books and is recognized by many National & International societies, Including the Mazza Museum, the largest Museum that includes many artist of International acclaim. Picture Book Artists Association, has approx.' 200 International Illustrators that are voted in the association by their peers. The Posy Huebner Legacy Foundation Collection/Toledo Lucas County Public Library, Toledo, Ohio. And may private collectors throughout the United States and Canada.
