Mira Fink will exhibit her watercolor paintings and mixed media work in a solo show at the “Off the Wall Gallery” at the Millbrook Free Library in Millbrook, N.Y. The show will run from Sept. 5 – Sept. 30 with an opening reception on Fri. Sept. 5th, from 5-7pm.
Mira Fink’s art is inspired by the lush colors and textures of the natural world. This exhibit will feature watercolor landscapes of some of the most incredibly beautiful places in our region, such as Inness Free Gardens, Minnewaska State Park, precious local farms, the Adirondack Mountains and the Hudson River. Also included are mixed media works from the artist’s paper quilt series which focuses on healthy foods and staying connected with the natural world.
Mira Fink is a well-known artist living in Kingston, NY who has exhibited her work locally and nationally in solo and juried shows for the last 25 years. She is represented by the Gray Owl Gallery in New Paltz, NY, Fine Art America on line, and is a featured artist at the Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, NY. Her work is also currently exhibited in Washington, DC at the House of Representatives, in the office of Chris Gibson. Her work is in many private collections all over the country.
