Russian Art - an Overview

Danville Community College presents a series of lectures on art by Alla Parsons. Alla, a Russian native, holds a MFA from Georgia Southern University and a BFA from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is also ABD in World History from Russian Academy of Science and currently Artist-in-Residence at the Danville Museum of Fine Art and History. Her first presentation will be on the history of Russian art including figures such as Chagal and Kandinsky as well as Icons of the Russian Orthodox Church. The first presentation is coming up!
