If you aren’t already familiar with WRAA, I’d like to introduce you to Wisconsin Regional Artists Association and the opportunities it provides. Please go to www.wraawrap.com for more information about WRAA and how it works with the UW Department of Liberal Studies & the Arts to promote the Wisconsin Regional Art Program (WRAP).

WRAA and WRAP provide unique artistic opportunities. WRAA assists with regional WRAP exhibits, the State Annual Art Conference and the financial management of state award funds. It prints Contour Notes, a quarterly publication covering WRAA news and WRAP shows. It also has programs to mentor children and teens who are interested in art.

I\\\'ve entered WRAA’s 2012 TINY TREASURES competition/fundraiser/exhibition. If you\\\'ve ever thought of having one of my works of art, Buy-it-Now is your opportunity to buy a Tiny Treasure that’s 2 ˝” x 3 ˝” and support WRAA at the same time. Besides mine, there are over 250 to choose from.

How does Buy-it-Now work?

All Tiny Treasures are posted on-line at www.wraawrap.com and will be available for purchase starting next Monday, July 23 for $25. The on-line sale starts July 23 and ends Sept 20. They can also be purchased at the Evening with the Arts reception, Sept 22 from 6-9pm and on State Day until noon, Sept 23, at the Pyle Center on Langdon Street. If you want to see them in person, they will be exhibited at the Pyle Center from August 6 until noon on September 23. Go to wraawrap.com to see the details on how to purchase them. You will find 262 delightful pieces of amazing art for $25 each!
