Thank you Anne for such a lovely comment ,the joy of this site is than I can see your work and I so enjoy it... such beautiful luscious rendering and clear colours. In water colour so hard to keep clear ,I love the feeling of you work the individuality of your art . The nude was painted in a period when I was painting mono chromatic ,I used Light Red ( brown ) and french ultra and Alizarin crimson to create the colour... it was like shadow painting of a period were ,I left areas of my work bare so the viewer could fill in parts with their imagination.
