About Kanayo Ede
Artist statement: "I try not to restrict or confine myself to one style of painting. I will always paint what moves me. I will listen to my heart and soul but I will always remain dedicated to producing great art ". Growing up in southeastern Nigeria I keenly observed the colors and designs on the Dutch-wax fabrics my father,a textile dealer,imported from Holland and this was my introduction to the magic of colors. I am a published artist, I live in metro Atlanta and have been painting and selling online, to galleries, art dealers and interior decorators for more than 15 years.
