Artist's Description
The bow of the White is a remnant of an ancient Roman gate, was originally known as Puerta de Tierra and it stood next to the Castle Villa, in the neighborhood of populo in the Spanish city of Cadiz - As in the Arc of the populo, various buildings were added to the the original vain, which transformed its primitive appearance. On the wide dome that forms the passageway, lived the Bianco or White family, from which it takes its current name.
