This was only the second time using you guys. First was a car photo/print/whatever on a tee shirt. Stupendous.
This time, I was getting a hand drawing which I had removed the background of on a tee and hoody for the wife. The drawing was actually with a silver marker. It was my intention of putting it on black garments so it pops. However, TOTALLY my fault, I failed to realize on the hoody, I did not change the garment color from the default of gray, to black. Whether saw "gray", and my mind went to the silver/gray artwork, but I digress. The hoody wound up being delivered "silver on medium gray" Still distinguishable, but did not pop. Would it not be possible to, as cvs xmas cards, or snapfish photo albums do, warn you if the exposure is not ideal. Theirs warn about low quality pics that may be blurry, but for you, it would be if there was software in your system that would warn of low exposure, contrast, or whatever you'd call it. just a suggestion.
Now, the thing I AM unhappy about, which do feel is your fault, is the placement of the print on the hoody. I know my placement was correct, when I moved and shrunk the boxed image over the front of the hoody and made sure the print was not over the front pocket. Just as the picture i'm looking at to the left of this box, as well as the uploaded file showing the photo of the order in my account, part of the image, and a lot of the writing is clearly over the pocket, and not as ordered. I
If you are willing to stand behind your work, and redo the work without the error, I'd appreciate it if you could print it on a BLACK hoody this time. If you do, I hope I can upgrade this 3 star rating to a 5.
Thank you in advance for your consideration.
