The C-130 Hercules is the longest continuously produced military aircraft at over 60 years, the first prototype aircraft took to the skies in August 1954. The " H " variant having updated turboprops and a host of other modifications. This one is in service with the United States Air Force Reserve Command AFRC, 934 AW based in Minneapolis-St Paul and is pictured here taking off from Glasgow Prestwick Airport ( PIK ), Scotland.
