About CB Hackworth
CB Hackworth, a documentary producer and former journalist who has won 21 Emmy awards for his work in television, is an accidental world travel and adventurer. He started taking pictures as a child, and even set up a darkroom in a bathroom at home, developing (no pun intended) an eye for content and composition, as well as that extra "something" that makes a photograph special. Over the years, he has remained a minimalist, using simple equipment to produce results that reach beyond the ordinary. His training as a journalist, which stressed accuracy and truthfulness, also has been a very strong influence on his photography.
