Along with the 2 Cobra drawings I've done, we now have a set of the three most noted Carroll Shelby automobiles of the mid-sixties, topped off with this rendering of his GT350 Mustang. I figured this is also a very good opportunity to recognize the Mustang on it's 50th anniversary.
This is the slightly later version of the GT350 with the plexi side windows and straight out-the-back exhausts along with the base Shelby wheels—I figured this represents the quintessential "Shelby Mustang". (Plus, a friend of my brother had one of these cars back in the day! I wonder where it is now?) If any of you have any connections to Mustang owners, clubs or registry's or anything like that, please pass along my Fine Art America store-site address so I can get these things in front of more enthusiasts, and as I said before, they do make a great addition to the garage, office or den!
