Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Perfect! I wish that you'd included a translation of the two inscriptions in some ancient language that are above the shoulders of St John Coltrane. It would cost your company virtually nothing to supply this with the picture.

"Indian Chief" is a beautiful, antique, tall bearded iris. Flowers have beautiful lavender standards, with gold beards and striking, velvet burgundy falls, showing a veining of yellow/white on the hafts. It is a clump-forming, rhizomatous perennial with narrow, sword-shaped, grey-green leaves and is 36-48 inches tall. It was hybridized by Ayres and registered or introduced in 1929.
Iris is a genus of 260¨C300 species of flowering plants with showy flowers. It takes its name from the Greek word for a rainbow, referring to the wide variety of flower colors found among the many species. As well as being the scientific name, iris is also very widely used as a common name for all Iris species, though some plants called thus belong to other closely related genera. A common name for some species is 'flags', while the plants of the subgenus Scorpiris are widely known as 'junos', particularly in horticulture. It is a popular garden fl...
