Description
I love to do commissioned paintings of loved ones. This is a beautiful acrylic painting of a couple on their wedding day in 1915, which was based on a small, battered black and white photo. According to Old World Gallery, "You can almost hear the two of them begin to talk. Michael once again has breathed life into his subjects and allowed us to experience them as though they were sitting across from us today!"

F/L. Such a wonderful portrayal. He looks something like Robert Redford. and she looks kind of like Glenn Close:>)

I wish to thank everyone who voted for Wedding Day 1915 to make it FIRST PLACE in the ENDLESS LOVE contest. This painting is of my paternal grandparents and I am sure that they are smiling down on us...because their love was truly endless.
