I love the painting, and fabric! I’ve always had Border Collies, so they are perfect for me! The insert stuffing is a little lumpy. But i am very satisfied.
This is a picture the Lord gave me to illustrate that wounds have value. It is a picture of a human heart. The gold represents the wounds of the heart that have been healed. The blood is the wounds that have not been healed yet. As He touches and heals those areas, they turn to gold and are of great value. Each wound, each blow, is of great worth in His kingdom, for they can be turned around into the greatest victories and able to shine out and reach out to others. God can take all things, no matter how terrible, and make something beautiful and valuable from them.
I guess the best way to describe my artwork is: ART WITH A MESSAGE. I live my life out of a place of intimacy and relationship with Jesus Christ. He is my Friend, my Comforter, and out of that place - comes forth my artwork. It is a place of worship and prayer that brings forth art, in my life. Much has also been done out of a place of pain and being real before God and with Him, and in that place He has reached out to me and spoken deep into my heart messages to me, and messages to His Church, about His heart. My art is meant to make people stop and think and look deeper. I have overcome so many things in my life, all through God's grace.
