About Sherry Burnett
I remember the shoebox full of crayons that I had as a child. The crayons were thrown together and I would have to pick through them to find the right color. Never leave the box in the summer sun - they melt. But I loved that too. I remember the time I sat quietly at the dining table drawing my grandfather's portrait while the relatives played card. I remember that I always doodled in my notebooks and on every scrap of paper (and still do). I am a self taught artist who went to college for engineering but would end up signing up for a drawing class at the architecture department. I love art because one is always learning and evolving. I reside in beautiful New England which provides me with inspiration for my landscapes.
