Description
One of the trails we followed was a foot path about a quarter mile long that wound up into the hills. "The Mouse" was a renegade Paiute Indian who hid from justice in these hills, finding plenty of cover in the small caves that dot the area. The tank is a formation that catches and holds water from rainfall. This was rough country and it's easy to see how hard it would be to catch a fugitive who hid here.
