We had a bit of an issue with the first image. But Jovie (customer service) reviewed our concern and approved a "reprint". The new print arrived and what a difference. We couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Thank You Jovie for going above and beyond to help us out. We felt the first print didn't accurately represent the quality of the image or what was reflected in the preview image. It appeared "washed-out or sun faded/dated". We contacted the photographer (who by the way is incredible - Paul Holdorf) and he confirmed the result wasn't it should have been. But FineArt America stepped up and took good care of us. The reprint exceeds our expectations. Just B...E...A...Utiful. Thanks Again Jovie.
