Great design! Very cool item and looks like good quality so far. Pajero’s design is brilliant. Would love to see more from the artist. Recommended as gift!

Willy and Maggie done by Raelene was the first image we saw of her work. These two dogs have left a very dear friend. She now has the original painting hanging in her home AND this wonderful beach towel to take with her.

Raelene captured our English Cream Retriever, Bentley, so well that we had her do another pose. The beach towels are more fun and allows us to enjoy her artwork even more. Besides the two portraits of Bentley, we had one done of our German Shepherd grand-dog, Jake and had a towel done of him also.

Artist's Description

This is a picture of a 1841 Model Six-Pounder that is located in Fort Mackinac on Mackinac Island, Michigan. The 1841 model six-pounder, positioned just as it would have been if used during the attack of Fort Mackinac in the War of 1812, is fired many times daily. It is the second-largest cannon regularly demonstrated on the Great Lakes. Today, Fort Mackinac (pronounced: MACK-in-awe) is a popular heritage tourist destination. Situated on 150-foot bluffs above the Straits of Mackinac, it is one of the few surviving American Revolutionary War forts and one of the most complete early forts in the country. In 2005, Fort Mackinac celebrated 225 years standing guard over Mackinac Island.
