The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Grand Canyon National Park, in Arizona, is home to much of the immense Grand Canyon, with its layered bands of red rock revealing millions of years of geological history. Grand Canyon overwhelms our senses through its immense size and to me it was a spiritual experience. In this project the layers of complex rock formation is captured as an abstraction to share my experience.
About Shankar Adiseshan
Shankar Adiseshan born in India is a Canadian artist known for his captivating exploration of abstract photography, utilizing intricate camera techniques such as multiple exposure and long exposure to craft evocative imagery. His work transcends the realm of traditional photography, focusing on the interpretation of emotions rather than merely documenting subjects.
