I ordered this piece which has been produced on wood and I'm extremely pleased with it. I love the work of this artist and have many of her books, several prints and a few originals. Absolutely stunning.

Love the small and narrow size on wood - fits on an icon stand for a table perfectly. Print is a a little blurry, which may be a quality of the original as it looks that way on the site as well.

I am very happy. You have done a good job.
Original painting by Cameron Smith - Contemporary rendition of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Guadalupe means: "Our Lady who crushes the serpent." In this painting, Smith re-presents the image which appeared in 1531, to make visible some of the rich meaning and message which is often lost on the modern viewer. About Smith Catholic Art
Smith Catholic Art started in 2001 as a response to St. John Paul II's 1999 Letter to Artists and the New Evangelization. It endeavors to answer the call to make visual the beauty and richness of the Catholic faith.
"The mission is to create beautiful, contemporary, Catholic art."
Art is an interplay with the Creative Spirit. Thomas Aquinas wrote that objective beauty has three components, integrity, clarity, and proportion. In fine art these translate: Integrity - the beauty in quality materials, authentic process, and workmanship; Clarity - the eloquence of idea and purpose communicated by the work; Proportion - good composition, or the well ordered relationships of visual elements."
