Description

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

Cell structure. Fluorescent light micrograph of cultured cells from a cell line derived from African green monkey kidney cells. Beta tubulin, a protein found in microtubules, is blue. Microtubules are part of the cells' cytoskeleton, which is responsible for intracellular transport, structure and motility of the cell, as well as segregating the chromosomes during nuclear division. A microtubule-associated protein, which stabilises the microtubules, is red. Lysosomes, vesicles that contain enzymes for breaking down waste materials, are green.
