Kelvin Floodlight is a Dahlia classified as AA-FD-Y. This means it is Giant in size (AA: Giant, plate-sized flowers that exceed 10-inches (25.4 cm)), Formal Decorative in form (Formal Decorative: petals are double, uniformly distributed, flattened, with edges that roll upward or backward and often curve down towards the stem. These are the big ones. This group includes the "Dinnerplate Dahlias', while that name is not an official one. Flowers are fully double and the plants are tall. Flower size is the largest, up to 12 inches across. Plants grow up to 60' (5 feet) tall.), ... and its colour is Yellow. It is a massive soft yellow flower that outshines all those around. It stands about 48-54" tall.
