The artist is my son and is very talented. In high school he was accepted by Chicago Art Institute but couldn’t afford the tuition. He graduated from Fredonia State University with a Fine Art degree.

Near the Waldorf Astoria, Saint Patrick's Cathedral, Park Avenue, the subway grate that blew up Marilyn Monroe's famous skirt and the High School of Industrial Art (four full periods of art every day) where I graduated from as a young, aspiring artist and happily...a successful four decade career as an Art Director. 51st and LEX means so much to me.
John was born and raised in New York City. Recommended at an early age, he was accepted to the renown High School of Art and Design located in midtown Manhattan. Graduates include Calvin Klein, Tony Bennett, Paul Winchell, Henry Wolf and many Oscar and Emmy winning artists. After graduating John studied at the college level School of Visual Arts also in New York City. He went on to have a very successful art career on both coasts as the Art Director of national magazines such as Travel, Star, Great Foods, Fishing World and San Francisco Business Magazines. He traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia serving 20 years with the US Navy while simultaneously continuing his busy art career. He has flown on assignments and ...
