John LaFree was born in Tampa, Florida and grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico (with life stops in Colorado, California, back to Florida, back to California, then back to Florida again, Ohio, and now back in Florida). This one is interesting. I mean, the way the head and and face are portrayed is like a photograph. The rest is more cartoonish. I see the loving, devoted yet playful nature of the dog. Very nice, and congratulations!
