At upper right is the trapezius muscle of the back. Below the acromion is the infraspinatus muscle. At lower left is the head of the humerus and the cartilage of the shoulder joint. At upper left is the clavicle (collar bone). At bottom are other back muscles, including the teres minor and teres major muscles. At bottom left are the heads of the triceps brachii muscle.
