Our tote bags are made from soft, durable, poly-poplin fabric and include a 1" black strap for easy carrying on your shoulder.   All seams are double-stitched for added durability.   Each tote bag is machine-washable in cold water and is printed on both sides using the same image.

Artist's Description

Joseph Foreman, in his own words, calls himself, "a basket case!" He is a sweetgrass basket maker in the downtown historic Charleston Market in Charleston, SC. His work is excellent and has been passed down through his family for generations. Quite personable, Joseph entertains and instructs passersby with worn magazine clippings of his work in years gone by and a lively reparte! Look him up at The Historic Market whenever you're in town.
