Thanks so much!

Everything going on in this photo, the colors, perspective is just great! And yes how rare no people, and to think hours early tons of debris from paper, beads, plastic cups etc. The tradition 12 midnight Fat Tuesday our police department mounts on horse back and extand from one side of the street to the other and announce to the people still on the street, Mardi Gras is over please clear the streets.....

It was after right after Mardi Gras-and early morning. I was surprised to find it so empty too. Thanks, Michael.

Congrats Kay, your photo A Bourbon Morning has been selected as a feature in the group Louisiana, A New Orleans Perspective....and what a perspective it is. Only on a rare occasion would you fine no activity on the street. Your perspective of Bourbon Street is job well done. This photo has received my V/F, feature and my personal photo pick of the day! Cheers, Michael Hoard

Really beautiful, Kay! I've never seen NO look so soft and storybook-like!

Kay Pickens replied:

Thank you, Wendy. Our time spent there was kind of magical and storybook like!
