I bought this shower curtain for my customer and she left this review: "Matches my bathroom perfect. I think it is more of a pale greenish yellow than just yellow. Love it!"

I love it! It reminds me of snorkeling through the kelp along the Southern California coast. Coming up for air.

I'm thrilled that I purchased Robin's shower curtain. It's absolutely beautiful! Stepping into my bathroom and being greeted by these colors and the fun design makes me happy. In addition to it being a gorgeous piece of art, I'm pleased by the high quality of the shower curtain itself. This was a great purchase. Thank you, Robin!

Artist's Description

"A Bridge Too Far is a 1977 British-American epic war film based on the 1974 book of the same name by Cornelius Ryan, adapted by William Goldman. It was produced by Joseph E. Levine and Richard P. Levine and directed by Richard Attenborough. The film tells the story of the failure of Operation Market Garden during World War II. The operation was intended to allow the Allies to break through German lines and seize several bridges in the occupied Netherlands, including one at Arnhem, with the main objective of outflanking German defences in order to end the war by Christmas of 1944. The name for the film comes from an unconfirmed comment attributed to British Lieutenant-General Frederick Browning, deputy commander of the First Allied Airborne Army, who told Field Marshal Bernard Montgomery, the operation's architect, before the operation: 'I think we may be going a bridge too far.'"

About David Lee Guss

I first became obsessed with photography and motion pictures while growing up in post WW2 Manila in the Philippine Islands in the late 1940's/early 1950's. Film noirs were a particular influence. In 1979 I earned a MA in drama from the University of Arizona; earlier getting a BA in English from the University of Minnesota, where I co-founded the first film society on campus and ran it for four years. While at the U of A, I studied with the master black and white photo essayist W. Eugene Smith (1918-1978) the last year of his life. I am the last person cited in Jim Hughes' definitive biography of Gene, as I wrote about attending his final...
