Love my painting, every time I look at it I think of the happy times I had at Cromer as a child and running down the promenade. I wish it was bigger

Hello. I love the Cataract Falls Smoky Mtn picture. I had been looking for some time for a picture of the falls. Me and my husband were married in front of the falls over 20 years ago. So, the picture takes us back to that special day. We are very pleased with the quality of the picture and frame Thank you!

Beautiful picture with a great story behind it. My only regret is that I didn't get a bigger size. Joy is very talented.

I am so happy to have this beautiful print after the fires in Lahaina! My heart goes out to the beautiful people of Lahaina and Maui, and I treasure my many visits there. The artwork is gorgeous. The stunning mat work and framing really accentuate the piece! Mahalo!!

Fantastic! The photo is perfect and I would have just thumbtacked that to the wall ❤️. But the frame and mat ❤️❤️❤️! It took a little while to ship (2 weeks?) and in the age of amazon that seems like an eternity! So heads up on that. But the photo and frame is fantastic! Crazy packaging! Incredibly secure!! Yet almost all recyclable! Thank you for that.

His mural entitled Lewis and Clark Meeting the Flathead Indians hangs in the state capitol building in Helena, Montana. His 1918 painting Piegans sold for $5.6 million dollars at a 2005 auction.
Childhood
Art was always part of Russell's life. As a child, he drew sketches and made clay figures of animals. He had an intense interest in the wild west and would spend hours reading about it. He would watch explorers and fur traders who frequently came through Missouri and finally, after years of dreaming, acted upon his ambitions. At the age of sixteen, he left school and went to Montana to w...
