Yesterday I bought a new set of Oil colors. I decided to put up a 12 x 16 canvas so I can test the look. I was pleased by the way the colors behaved. I did not plan to upload it up here on Fine Art America; but the little painting kept on talking to me to give it a chance among other works online. I was so touched I quickly decided to give it a chance to be see. This reminded me of my Art Teacher of long ago. He used to tell me that when I am ready to start selling my work to the world I should let it go. He told me that sometimes you work for money, and sometimes for nothing. He said; “let art go to the world, don’t keep your work under lock and key, believing that one day the world will discover you and get mesmerized, nope, let it go.” I thought he was joking. At my age now, I believe him {God rest his soul). Let it go! Art belongs to the world for a pay or nothing. Most of the time it is that nothing that eventually becomes something that you get to eat and enjoy your talen...

I am a natural student of art since I was a little child. I have loved drawing all my life. For some time since I left high school, I ventured into Graphic Design and Illustrations for magazines and books. Which really helped me in day to day upkeep. Meanwhile, I would sneak back to my painting canvas every now and then. I have sold quite a number of my Art pieces to various buyers internationally. I have also done extensive video editing, 3D Animation and Photography. (A story for Another Day) All in all, my deepest love is for fine art. I am happy to be a member of Fine Art America.
