This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

A PROMISE MADE by PHOTOGRAPHER RICK FURMANEK
Of all the rainbows I've shot, this one may be one of my favorites. After spending some time reprocessing it this afternoon, the time has come to share it. I shot this image with my Canon 30D back in the day, and while it may be small in megapixels, to me, it still packs a big scenic punch. Taken on the Peralta Trail in Arizona's Superstition Mountains. Ref. 7035

About Rick Furmanek
I've always had a passion for artistic expression with my camera. As an industry specialist in the mid-90's I served as the Operations Manager/Technical Trainer in the Apple Computer technical support division in Tempe, AZ, just when PowerMacs were hitting the scene. This exposure served to influence my move from film to digital photography. The Apple QuickTake was my first digital camera. From there I moved to Olympus and finally settled on Canon. Self-taught in both photography and digital processing, I count myself fortunate to have had access to Adobe Photoshop almost daily for 20+ years. I hope to always remain a student of the craft.
