Saint Lucian artist and environmentalist, Dr. Christopher Cox, began painting wildlife and environmental themes when he joined the St. Lucia Forestry Department in 1985, shortly after leaving school. His professional specialization is in the field of water resources and watershed management. Over the years Chris not only worked in Saint Lucia, but also across the Caribbean, assisting countries in improving the management of their water resources. He joined UN Environment (UNEP) based in Nairobi Kenya in December 2014, where he focusses on addressing marine pollution.
