A stitch in time can mend tears in cloth as well as join fabrics together to create lovely quilts, functional clothes or beautiful garments to be worn. A collection of spools with many different colors of threads sits beside this vintage sewing machine that is putting a decorative stitch into a square patch of cloth. Above the sewing machine is a colorful patchwork quilt that is a beautiful result of many hours sewing it together.
