The pillow wasn't exactly what I expected.The pillow didn't look authentic, because of the blurry image.Customer service was horrible in my opinion. The reps have no clue on how to assist tracking packages, problem solving the situation nor good follow up.I called after waiting over a month and the status was a label was created. In my opinion this is where its a red flag if I was in customer service. I tried to get a refund, but they steer away from it and have to email a manager who was home. Instead of refund, I get email another pillow would be ship. Not the worse, but won't shop again!
