Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

I bought this in the greeting card form. I have been purchasing cards from Fine Art America for two or three years. Covid might have been some of the reason for looking for cards on the internet. Shops were closed. The main reason I buy cards from FAA is because I got tired of looking for cards at the usual card shops. I could find cards (sometimes) that looked good on the outside but the verses were terrible or it was the other way around...terrible on the outside but maybe a decent verse inside. I pick cards from FAA that fit with the occasion. I figure I can write something on the inside as good as any card company could. I wouldn't buy these cards if I didn't think they were wonderful. The cards are beautiful and excellent quality and the envelopes are equality as good. I am glad I can make a copy of what I've bought so I can keep track of who gets what card. I don't want to send the same card to someone twice. In this case, the card is going to someone for Mother's Day.

This is a mixed media (pastel, prismacolors, chinese ink) illustration I did for a book that I am writing. I was pregnant with my very special son when I did this illustration and resting at home as I almost lost him ..some home I had envisionned that I was carrying a boy..I realised years later that I had drawn a male rabbit boy..that will be a book about a real life struggle as my son was very sick ..and did have to stand and walk "Against the Wind:" over the years. That is a very special art work for me that represents Love of a mother for her child, advocacy, strugles but also courage, hope and inner strenght as well.

There is so much I love about this drawing Danielle. I especially like the posture of the little boy rabbit and the contrast of light and darks in the image which give it a lot of depth both in meaning and perspective. It grabbed me because that contrast of light and dark seems so contrary to the lightheartedness of the drawing style and subject matter....which is such a perfect expression of what you were dealing with when you created this. v/f

I did this art work over 23 years ago while I was pregnant with my son and forced to stay home after 2 weeks at the hospital as I was close to loose my child..that was my little therapy I guess..strange enough I painted a little boy rabbit..without realising it only later..I always new inside that I was carrying a son! That is a very special painting to me!
