one of a number of maintained trails around Whittier Alaska the "gateway" to Prince William Sound Alaska. this trail winds it's way up the mountian directly behind this small town of approx 150 year round residents. The board walk protects the meadow from damage by foot traffic and makes more of the mountian accesible to hikers as well

My Name is Terry Cotton and I have been involved in photography since my Teenage years, mostly as an avid amateur while serving and traveling in the US Navy as well as during my growing up years and after my military retirement. As you will see when you view my galleries my main focus is nature, scenic and wildlife. I am also interested in all Motor Sports and other outdoor sports/activities.
