IPhone 6s Case Reviews (2110)

Average Rating (5 Stars):

I bought a phone case, and since my camera is my phone, I can't really take a photo of it. You'll just have to trust me. I've used the case now for a month. It does all the things a phone case should and none of the things it shouldn't, so that's good. I liked the way I was able to manipulate the artwork so it fit better on the case, and if you could see the actual case, you'll notice the camera lens is at the top of the angel's staff. I think that's kind of funny. I've shown it to a few people, and everyone compliments the picture. (Also: the angel is left-handed, which gives me a warm glow inside. Lefties and ambidextrous souls: unite!)

I uploaded my photo of my dog Olivia and my son's dog, Duffy. I used the picture for my Samsung S8 case so I would always have their picture readily available to show them off. I love the case and get so many compliments on it. Thank you for an exceptional job. Annette M. Meister AMMeister4@gmail.com

The case was gorgeous and fit the phone perfectly. I was a little worried that the artwork wouldn't look the same on the case as it did in the preview of the order but it looked even better. This turned out to be the perfect gift. This is also an outstanding company to do business with as my case was lost in the mail and they immediately sent me a replacement.

Artist's Description

Early in World War 2, the only way the Allies could take the fight directly to the German homeland was through strategic bombing. Stationed throughout bases in England, British and American bombers launched raids around the clock with the British bombing at night and the American 8th Air Force carrying out raids during the day. Along with the B-24 Liberator, the B-17 Flying Fortress was a mainstay of the 8th Air Force. The B-17 had a reputation for ruggedness - able to absorb tremendous battle damage and bring her ten man crew safely home. Nevertheless, German defense was determined and many bombers and crews were lost in high altitude battles over Germany. Our print is a tribute to the "Bomberboys" and the "Queen of the Skies", the B-17 depicting a B-17 Flying Fortress returning home with battle damage after a harrowing mission over Germany. Fortunately she has picked up an escort of P-47 Thunderbolts to bring her home.

There is something about a purpose of design and the engineering solution to achieve that purpose that always created a spark in my mind. The forms those machines took were captivating to me - the pointed nose of a fighter jet; the exposed driving wheels of a mighty steam engine, the streamlined shape of a submarine. And the stories of the incredible experiences of the men who operated those machines are the stuff of legends and sometimes nightmares. From an early age I tried to express my fascination through drawing. I suppose my first...
